Melissa is a highly accomplished legal professional with an LL.B (Honours) from the University of Zimbabwe (2011) and an MBA from Midlands State University (2022). She is a registered Legal Practitioner, Conveyancer, and Notary Public with extensive experience in civil and criminal law. Melissa’s expertise includes Investment Law and property compliance, where she actively assists clients in resolving property compliance issues with relevant councils.
In addition to her advisory roles, Melissa is an assertive trial litigator, representing clients vigorously in both civil and criminal courts to protect their rights and interests. She currently serves as Board Chair of Langham Girls High School.
Kudzai is a seasoned legal practitioner with over a decade of experience, specializing in commercial and family law, conveyancing, notarial practice, and estate planning. She is a registered Conveyancer, Notary Public, and Estate Administrator (Council of Estate Administrators, Zimbabwe).
She holds an LL.B (Honours) from the University of Zimbabwe (2011), a Postgraduate Certificate in Advanced Corporate and Securities Law (UNISA, 2013), a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Taxation (ICTA Zimbabwe, 2018), and an MBA from the University of East London (2025).
Kudzai has a strong passion for tax law, offering comprehensive tax advisory services as well as representation in tax dispute resolution and litigation. She integrates this expertise with estate planning and administration, ensuring tax-efficient strategies that protect and preserve clients’ wealth. Her holistic approach helps clients navigate complex tax and estate matters with clarity and confidence.
